This blog post is long overdue. There are so many things happening with Mieka Olive Oil Soap that I just haven't made the time to blog about them until now.
First - I'm the new owner of Mieka Olive Oil Soap! I've been making soap for several years and when the opportunity to buy this company presented itself, I jumped on it.
Second - Not only do I make soap, but I also keep bees, so I also sell my honey and beeswax candles, which are both products of my bee hives.
Third - Pottery. My mom makes this amazing pottery and it can either complement my soap, honey, or beeswax candles or stand on its own. She's been a potter for over 30 years and her work speaks for itself. Be sure to check out the pottery section to see some of her work!
Fourth - New products. I've been busy coming up with new products, some of which are already on the site, such as Naked Lip Balm and Beeswax Lotion Bars. I am also waiting on a new soap to finish curing - Lemongrass & Poppy Seed. There are others in the works, so stay tuned and check back often for updates!
